We have been fabricating fire rated glazing and its associated framework systems for over 20 years.

We are expert users of the Logikal software system used to estimate and programme our production, and having used CNC cutting machines for many years we take pride in the consistently high quality of our products.

As we only manufacture fire rated products our time-served fabrication team is highly efficient in assembling the complex suite of components required for these products.

All this combines to ensure that we have the capacity to handle the largest of projects without compromising on quality.

22 Bishopsgate

22 Bishopsgate is the location of one of the newest and tallest tower in the City of London’s financial district, on the former site of the Pinnacle. This 62-floor ‘Vertical Village’ is owned by Lipton Rodgers Developments and features more than 50 floors of office space, London’s highest restaurant and viewing point and a myriad of other amenities.

E30 Integrity Fire Rated Doors

Pyrostyle was approached by Specialist Glass to provide E30 Integrity fire rated glass screens to complete the building’s abstract design.

Throughout Levels 51 to 54, Pyrostyle installed eight E30 Type C screens within the lift lobbies. The Type C system was finished in mirror polished stainless steel and included a concealed locking system mounted within the frame head.

The E30 Integrity fire rated glass system compliments the glass facade whilst providing fire safety and natural light throughout the building, enhancing the user experience for the building’s 12,000 inhabitants.
